The DogOscopes Rescue Dog of the Week is Sissy from the Middleburg Humane Foundation in Virginia. We found out about Sissy from The Virginia Dog Magazine.

Sissy is a very sweet 4 year old brindle Catahoula Leopard Dog. She has been through Canine Training and Behavior Class and is incredibly smart. She is eager to find a home where she can be loved and promises to be a very loyal companion, but needs to be an only pet. She has gone on field trips with volunteers in the town of Middleburg and has great “table manners.” She just stretched out beside them on the restaurant patio and relaxed while they ate. The time and care you put into her she will give back ten-fold. She is waiting to find her forever home at the Middleburg Humane Foundation.

Sea Salt is a 1 year old, Terrier, Pit Bull/Boxer mix, a sweet, beautiful girl who loves people, giving kisses and is very wiggly. She is a happy go lucky girl who enjoys a good toy or just soaking up any attention she can get.

Meet Aztec, the DogOscopes Ruffscue Me of the Week.

Aztec is a 7 year old, 30 lb, male, Xoloitzcuintle/Mexican Hairless. He loves people, is gentle and sweet and loves all animals. He is house-trained and up to date on his shots.

He is available for adoption from Strangest Angels Animal Rescue in Los Angeles, CA. Although they try and to help all kinds of animals, in all kinds of situations, their main focus is on the animals on the euthanasia list at the animal shelters.
