DogOscopes pick for Rescue Group of the Week is Pinups for Pit Bulls, Inc..

Pinups for Pit Bulls, Inc. works to educate the public about the history and temperament of the American Pit Bull Terrier and Bully Breeds, to raise awareness about Breed Specific Legislation and Breed-Specific abuse, and to raise funds for bully-breed-friendly rescues and dogs in need. The group’s goal is to reestablish the defamed reputation of the Pit Bull as America’s premier companion animal, war hero, and therapy dog.

Pinups for Pitbulls was started in 2006 when Little Darling decided to start a fundraising proect that would benefit pit bull/bully-friendly rescues for using her talents and skills in non-profit organization and business, modeling, event planning and performing. Teaming up with photographers, models and other artiests in her network, she founded Pinups for Pitbulls.
